SPEIGHTS ALE HOUSE QUEENSTOWN

The site where the Alehouse lies was originally the former Lake County Council Chambers, a Category 2 Historic building constructed in 1883. The Speight's Alehouse Queenstown was born in September 2002 serving our ever-growing family of beers and beautiful classic kiwi pub food to lovely locals and warmly welcomed tourists. Sadly, in March 2023 we suffered an extensive fire that put the Alehouse out of action. However, we rose from the ashes exactly 18 months to the date with a new lease of life to carry on what we do best. We can’t wait to greet you all with a big smile and a perfectly poured beer!
